Located on the south bank of the River Thames in Southwark, this mixed-use development includes two residential buildings and one office skyscraper building. The proposal has three buildings, with the heights of 22, 40, and 45 storeys. The office building will be the tallest at almost 200 meters. The development will offer over 400 homes, with 40% being on-site affordable homes.The offices will offer premium spaces for high-end corporate tenants as well as offering 20,000 sq ft of affordable workspace for local and socially minded enterprises.
